The Process

A bespoke piece is a slow, considered thing. Here is how a commission moves from a first idea to something you can wear.

01

The Idea

Every piece begins with a conversation. Share a reference, a stone, a story, or a rough sketch. We talk through the shape of the piece, the materials, and the feeling it should carry.

02

CAD & Design

Once the direction is set, we move into CAD. A design fee is collected up front to begin. From there, the design is yours to shape. Revise it as many times as you need. Adjust proportions, swap stones, rework the silhouette. We keep refining until the piece feels exactly right on screen.

03

Approval

Nothing is cast until you say so. Casting only begins on your written approval. Once that step is initiated, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as materials are ordered and hands are set in motion.

04

Casting & Hand Finishing

Your piece is cast, set, and hand finished in our NYC atelier. Each stone is chosen with care and each detail is worked by hand. Delivery typically follows three to four weeks after casting begins.
